ROBB STEVENS
PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Robb Stevens is the President and Chief Executive Officer of M1 Financial. began his career in the finance industry in January 2002 as part of the leasing sales group and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2024.
He has been a top contributor to lease originations, vendor development, creating strong relationships with customers, and successfully blending all aspects of the leasing sales process to maximize returns.
In his spare time, Robb enjoys golf, snow skiing, road biking, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
MARK STEVENS
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Having been exposed to the business industry for most of his life, Mark always wanted to pursue a career in this field. He attended the University of Utah and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently M1's Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. With this title comes the responsibility of managing M1's lease portfolio: overseeing accounts receivable and protecting M1's assets and making sure customers are happy with their experience with M1 Financial.
Mark works to maintain regular contact with our customer base to ensure M1 is taken care of and even more importantly, to make sure our customers' needs are met. He enjoys the opportunity of talking with customers all over the country and trying to establish great relationships between M1 and their customer base. Mark and his wife Lindsi have three girls: Kate, Hannah and Gretchen. He enjoys his time with his wife and kids as well as playing many different sports and spending time outdoors.
JEFFREY B. EASTON
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Honesty and integrity have always been extremely important to Jeff and he felt that the financing/accounting field was an area where he could make a difference and be an example. These qualities continue to drive him as he takes part in managing all financial aspects of M1 Financial and its related entities, as well as manages banking relationships. Jeff has past accounting experience with Ernst & Young in their Palo Alto, Orange County, and Salt Lake City offices where he worked with clients in all industries and Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. Jeff also has experience with Zions Bancorporation where he implemented Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures. He also has prior experience as Chief Financial Officer for Utah Local Governments Trust.
Jeff earned both a Bachelor's of Science and Master's degree in Accounting at Brigham Young University. Jeff is also a Certified Public Accountant. When Jeff is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Camille, and their five children.
TROY TAIT
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER CARE
Troy Tait earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of Utah. Currently, he is the VP of Customer Care. Within M1 Financial, Troy has a strong understanding of the processes at M1 Financial which benefits him as he works closely with various departments. Troy has been instrumental in creating a strong presence for M1 in the industry. He is excited to further contribute to the success of the company and to help customers obtain the financing they need.
He and his wife, Sheri, enjoy spending time with their family, participating in a variety of sports, and all types of outdoor activities.

JOE FINELLI
VICE PRESIDENT HEAD OF COMMERCIAL LEASING
Joe Finelli graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and serves as the Vice President Head of Commercial Leasing. He has 25 years of experience in the leasing industry, and 15 years in sales leadership. After working in the industry for decades, Joe can confidently say he appreciates bringing value to our partners and helping them grow their business through the power of financing.
In his spare time, he is a Marine Mammal Stranding Volunteer and an active EMT volunteer in Surf City, New Jersey. He is also a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.
ASHLEY SEBASTIAN
SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Ashley Sebastian joined M1 Financial with a degree from University of California, Riverside. She has been providing service in the financing and leasing industry for over ten years and she most enjoys closing sales and building long-time relationships with vendors and customers.
Outside of work, Ashley can be found spending time with her children and taking them on new adventures.
GENA ROMERO
SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Gena Romero attended Colorado State University and joined Med One in 2024. She has been in the finance industry for over 19 years—since 2005. She enjoys developing partnerships with vendors to help them have an easier process throughout the sale. For Gena, it is a great feeling to help someone have a great customer experience. In her free time, she likes working out, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
